A. Depending on the amount of users on the system, the site can run slow at times. You may want to clean your internet catch too. This will help speed up your browsing on your computer.

Q. Why dose it seam that I have to log in multiple times web browsing the Aries site?
A. For security reasons Aries will time out if no activity is detected in 10 minutes. You will have to log back in again.

Saving files or documents
Q. How do I save or print a .jpg file to my computer?
A. Open the .jpg file you wish to save or print. It will open in a new Internet Explore window. Right mouse click the picture and chose save. Save it to your hard drive.
If you wish to print the picture, double click the picture that you saved to your hard drive and print from your default picture manager program.
Password Questions
Q. Why do I need to change my password?
A. Gardner Denver Nash requires you to change your password every 90 days for security

A. Your password needs to be eight characters long with one capital and one number.
